We at Restorative Remedies are sure you will be pleased with your purchases. If, however, you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.*
Return Instructions (please read carefully):
- Call us at 877-216-9605 to advise us that you are returning your merchandise. Our hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
- Send the unfinished portion of your product along with the original packing slip with the words "product return" written on the packing slip to:

You may send the product using any carrier you wish. Postage for the return shipment is your responsibility. DO NOT SEND COLLECT. Restorative Remedies is not responsible for lost packages.
We process all returns within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise at our
warehouse. Please allow at least 30 days to see the refund appear on your monthly
credit card statement.
Late returns (postmarked beyond the 30-day guarantee period), returns without an
RMA#, returns sent Collect, and refused deliveries (for example, those marked
as return-to-sender or refused cash-on-delivery orders,CODs) will not qualify
for our money-back guarantee.
*Note: Shipping costs are not refundable, however any sales tax charged on the purchase of the product will be refunded
